Model "ND-S" Hydraulic Internal Cutter can be lowered into desired depth from cutted pipes string. The increased pump pressure can push piston downward as to make blade stretch. And the blade rotates in company with drill tool to start cutting. It can be used for all kinds of casing, tubing and drill pipe in oil/geology department.
